As a Markets Asset Servicing Analyst within our Asset Servicing Team, you will engage with a fast-paced trading desk, implement asset servicing optimization strategies, and oversee end-to-end corporate actions from announcement capture to event completion. Your role will also involve communicating corporate action events to investment managers, middle office personnel, and other operations departments to ensure the timely execution of client instructions.
Job responsibilities
- Assist the Team Management in the oversight of the daily activities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions
- Escalate with urgency any instructions that are unclear or cannot be processed in a timely manner to the appropriate party for clarification
- Receive, investigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Support the Transaction Processing Manager through investigation, analysis, and provision of relevant data to resolve client queries as required
- Coordinate with client instructions to facilitate Asset Servicing optimization strategy
- Engage with settlements, middle office, technology, and lending to proactively manage the risk of high profile corporate action events

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant financial industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
