How youll spend your time...
- Support ongoing development and production of bespoke presentations (including webinars, conferences, new business pitches and the development of fund launch materials) as required, whilst following robust control guidelines, adhering to brand guidelines and delivery to agreed timelines
- Build strong working relationships with relevant marketing, distribution, comms, investment, compliance and legal teams to understand overall business, product, and distribution requirements, and help to effectivley manage stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Support reporting on production output to key stakeholders in the form of regular management information, as required
- Ensure accurate content at all times with output meeting compliance requirements
- Support delivery on any change processes both internally and with outsource providers, as required
- Assist and take ownership of specific projects and tasks, managing them through from brief to implementation (eg. development of new standard presentation for fund launch)
- Proactively collaborate across the marketing team to support the delivery of the broader marketing strategy, key initiatives, special projects etc including close collaboration with the wider presentations area on development projects
- Constructively challenge the norm to deliver increased efficiencies in processes and contribute to improved client experience and commercial results
- Serve as an advocate for bespoke presentations and presentation best practice within marketing, and across the broader business.
To be successful in this role you will have...
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of presentation production in or for an Asset Manager
- A grasp of asset classes, the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for financial promotions
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel (building charts from raw data etc.)
- Confident communicator, strong team working and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable project management / organisational skills, can self-manage, prioritise and deliver to sometimes tight deadlines
- Process driven and operationally focused
- Student of the game stays up to date on Marketing and industry trends
- A good eye for detail
- Ability to help craft a presentation with good story telling identification of key messages and sensible flow
- Excellent slide design skills ability to develop visual slides, always with the audience in mind
- Proactive, can-do attitude and prepared to take ownership
- Good written and verbal skills
