Marketing Events Specialist, Wealth Management
Responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing strategy to meet regional goals with marketing programs that align with overall Wealth Management and Corporations strategic plan. Coordinates the implementation of marketing strategy to support dedicated markets and supports tracking budget and performance management. Works with regional leadership, marketing team, sales and relationship managers to promote marketing campaigns / programs.
Key responsibilities
Supports the implementation of marketing strategy for dedicated markets including coordination of budget.
Coordinates strategic philanthropy programs and sponsorships/events including event planning, project management and digital execution.
Coordinates digital marketing activities including supporting lead generation, understanding digital channels and tracking performance.
Supports local marketing communications including marketing updates, public relations efforts and local leadership messages as needed.
Stays informed and knowledgeable of all marketing campaigns and programs and actively promotes with regional leadership, sales and relationship managers.
Qualifications
Knowledge of financial industry consumer products and services and marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education is required.
Analytical skills to support performance measurement, tracking and reporting and budget management.
Negotiation skills to facilitate strategic benefits with external partners/vendors when planning events and sponsorships.
Proficiency with the digital tools to support events and lead generation (experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce a plus).
Solid project management and event planning expertise.
Writing and editing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
2-4+ years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the financial services space.
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.

This is an office-based position and for the effective performance of this role, the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite.

Salary range $75,000 to $100,000. Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
