This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at one of the following Corporate Office locations St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN, Southfield, MI, or Denver, COJob SummaryRaymond James Information Security is seeking a Manager to lead the IAM Engineering Access Management team within the Identity and Access Management group. This is a critical, high-visibility, leadership role, leading a team of security engineers owning platforms and applications critical to the IAM program. The Manager will help set the strategic direction for the identity and access management teams and programs. This position develops the strategy and is responsible for the implementation of the Identity and Access Management product roadmap with goals of risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and security and compliance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the access management engineering team ensuring the highest levels of system availability and stabilityManages team changes, incidents, and outages to minimize impact to IAM servicesAligns team priorities and goals with regulatory, corporate, and system engineering prioritiesIdentifies, develops, and deploys opportunities for system improvementsResponsible for relevant IAM product licensing and subscriptions ensuring appropriate coverage with a focus on cost containmentEnhance and automate IAM processes and procedures as identified by the IAM Operations teamActs as intermediary and facilitator to help resolve ongoing and/or complex issuesLead identification and implementation of next-generation IAM services and technologies leveraging industry-standard technologies and best practices

Qualifications
