Major Duties
Partners with the Head of the Wealth Management Privacy, Data Governance, and Data Quality to enhance the data quality strategy and framework for Wealth Management
* Maintains the business case for data quality with alignment to strategic business priorities
* Provides updates for the Wealth Management Chief Data Officer as well as executive business leadership on the outcomes of data quality initiatives
* Participates in the creation of quarterly funding memos for data quality initiatives
Implements and tracks adoption of the data quality framework across critical data for Wealth Management
Collaborates with senior management in developing recommendations around policies, standards, and framework for data quality
Implements solutions to improve data quality maturity
Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication
Guided by policies and departmental plan, impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives
Enables the team to partner across the organization and execute on the creation and maintenance of data quality rules
Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Experience
A College or University degree and/or recent and relevant data quality, data governance, and data management work experience is required.
