Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve advisor social media and text message activity. This will be reviewed from a brand and compliance perspective to ensure they are accurate and not misleading.
  • Consult with advisors to support them in aligning their materials with brand and company policies.
  • Interact with Marketing, Compliance, Brand, Legal and other business partners on sophisticated advisor activity and trends.
  • Occasionally this position will also be required to serve as a subject matter authority in meetings with business partners as well as field leaders.
  • The candidate will be encouraged to optimally handle intensified and critical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5 years minimum relevant work experience.
  • Active Series 7
  • Active Series 24 and 63 (or the ability to obtain within 120 days of start date. If multiple exams are required, will be done consecutively with an additional 90-day window after optimally passing each exam).
  • Problem solving and analytical skills ability to optimally analyze sophisticated issues.
  • Ability to consistently exercise good judgment when making decisions on sophisticated matters that dont have clear answers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver unfavorable messages.
  • Ability to consistently influence positive behavior through mentor and education.
  • Ability to document activity in a fact-based and comprehensive manner.
  • Ability to work optimally and efficiently both individually and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategy
  • Experience with sales/supervision of brokerage and investment advisory products.
