What is the opportunity?

Based in Jersey or London, the Manager, Business Enablement is responsible for driving priorities related to employee engagement, communications and marketing. Effectively partners with Line of Businesses and Product Groups as well as HR, Communications and Marketing to drive a consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delights employees and supports an elevated client experience.

What will you do?

  • Drives employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.
  • Delivers the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategy, preparing and sending employee communications. Ensures alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications.
  • Drafts award submissions and provides oversight to end-to-end delivery of client mass mailings, ensuring alignment with Marketing brand standards.
  • Leads on activities including product line CPD tracking, authorised signatory lists maintenance and legal entity licensing requirements.
  • Leads on business management and ad-hoc projects, usually relating to people and culture, as identified by the Team Lead, Business Enablement.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Experience in Financial Services or related discipline (Project Management, Communications, Marketing).
  • Agile thinking & Business Writing skills.
  • Creative skills thinks about interesting and engaging ways to get work done.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competent/strong IT skills.
  • Good organisational and time management.

Nice-to-have

  • RBC Organizational awareness (UK / Global).
  • Modern Project Management skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent.
