About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Workout Associate Manager.
In this role, you will
- Supervise a team of Loan Workout Associates in multi functional customer support and operational tasks processes
- Engage in loss prevention and recovery of loan losses
- Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance requirements in Loan Workout functional area
- Review and research credit information and restructured loans
- Perform collection, repossession, and liquidating specified value assets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in less complex functional areas
- Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Loan Workout group
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Loan Workout, Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of Leadership experience
