Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Job Expectations

  • Develop detailed remediation plan and strategies to address identified vulnerabilities, Considering technical, operational, and business requirement.
  • Partner with Stakeholders and ensure timely remediations or renewals with prompt reporting to leadership on a frequent basis.
  • Analyzing the severity and potential impact of vulnerabilities to prioritize the remediation efforts.
  • Create and work on ServiceNow Ticket for remediation of vulnerability Task. Also, for providing the audit records.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessment by contacting Vulnerability Team for identifying security weakness records.
  • Coordinate the application patches and updates to systems and software to fix vulnerabilities, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Removal of identified vulnerable path if upgrade or patching is not possible.
  • Manage task, issues, and user stories in JIRA to document and track vulnerability remediation.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meeting and sprint reviews to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed within iterative cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of vulnerabilities, remediation activities and progress reports for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Any Graduate with 8+ Years of Software Engineering experience,
  • Experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strong technical skills on Windows and Linux OS Administration
  • Strong technical skills on SSL/TLS Certificate Management, deploy to servers, OpenSSL and Venafi tools.
  • Strong technical skills on Middleware products like Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic and IIS Administration.
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL Process.
  • Technical skills on reporting tools like PowerBi and Tableau
  • Strong knowledge on the Agile methodology.
  • Hands on knowledge on Jira and Service Now
