Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement system enhancements that advance the goals of the business, advising on best practices, and recommending process improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Providing support to Power platform (Power apps, power automate & power BI) and data sets (writing codes/queries and data retrieval, formatting, and integration performing software architecture concepts).
  • Development and maintenance of automations developed on advance excel with role of VBA in excel.
  • Applying access database concepts with VBA programming on existing and new automation. Solving a variety of complex automations and reports related problems for the business unit and liaise with technology peers.
  • Gather business information and incorporate information into project plans with project manager or lead. Provide timely update and accurate documents and communication to project team through life-cycle of change.
  • Work on process improvements and complex projects in identifying business and system requirements, creating project and process specifications for new and/or enhanced systems and drive quantifiable results through facilitating interaction with the business unit.
  • Reflecting strong leadership competencies and execution skills by way of cross-collaboration and work-flow facilitation with multiple internal business partners. Must be highly responsive and proactive in a fast-paced changing environment. Show strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, reach conclusions and take action.
  • Work with different technologies as it relates to business and may require product or system certifications. Communicating technology related information clearly to different audiences and clearly detail implementation processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent technical degree (CS or IT)
  • Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications - Microsoft Office, JIRA, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading small- to medium-scale projects to successful completion and implementation demonstrates innovative.
  • Effective at building relationships highly effective communication skills that include ability to articulate information to a broad audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including with executive level presentations.
  • Solid understanding of business functional areas and management issues as well as the IT organizations systems and capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate related projects.
  • B. Tech in IT, CSE or similar fields.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with on-shore and off-shore employee and contract resources.
