Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join Strategy, Digital & Innovation in support of Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Digital initiatives. This individual will support the Consumer and WIM Digital line of business and manage key frontline business controls functions with and on behalf of the product owners, including but not limited to key process, risk and controls framework development, assessment management, LOB oversight and risk reporting, and complaints analysis and reporting. They will work directly with product owners on key concerns and must have the ability to provide solutions and execute, requiring interactions with technology, the broader business, legal, risk, compliance, controls, and various other enterprise functions.

In this role, you will
- Adhere to compliance & controls within an enterprise risk management framework
- Lead the execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for business-specific concerns requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and other compliance requirements
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience adhering to compliance & controls within an enterprise risk management framework
Desired Qualifications
- A clear understanding of processes, risks, controls, risk assessments, risk, and control self-assessment (RCSA), and legal and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to create new reports based on management, audit, or regulatory requirements
- Enterprise experience in banking or financial services, with one or more digital platforms
- BS/BA degree or higher
Base Pay Range for Bay Area $115,900 - $206,100 USD
