In this role, you will
- Required Qualifications / Skills
- 4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following business analysis, project management, change management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to interpret requirements, present options for meeting needs, and ultimately develop solution to their satisfaction
- Strong problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communications to the intended audience
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office
- Balance multitasking with swift execution
- Desired Qualifications / Skills
- Experience consulting with internal clients and business
- Success in working with all levels of leadership
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Self-motivator, ability to learn independently and with limited supervision
- Data mining, modeling and analysis experience

- No of days working from office in a week 3 out of 5
- Shift followed 130 pm IST to 1030 pm IST
