About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator under CMS Operations to provide business support to the procedure publishing process and the comprehensive review/content certification processes. These roles will work directly with business partners to support content management. These roles with be integrated into existing business support kanban teams with US employees. The role may assist with other business administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business.
- Publish moderately complex web procedure content in accordance with standards.
- Perform business operations that are administrative in nature.
- Draft, edit and format basic to moderately complex procedures, materials, or other documentation related procedures Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation.
- Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies.
- Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives.
- Build and maintain good working relationships within Implementation team and various business partners within CCS organization.
- Attend regular kanban ceremonies (routines and meetings) and be empowered to contribute directly to improving team's processes and successes.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers.
- Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input based on observations.
Required Qualifications, International
- Experience in Administrative Support, or, Business Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education.
