As part of Financial Management (FM) Transformation, the Capital and Liquidity Management team is seeking an action-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial and tech-forward mindset to support our Capital Forecasting workstream as a Lead Business Analyst.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect
- Tackle problems creatively, while being curios to evaluate situations from all angles, and implement new solutions
- Utilize flexible collaboration styles to build a cohesive team and maintain progress
- Build partnerships with associates across finance, data office, technology, and the businesses
- Demonstrate capacity to communicate complex and technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Evaluate demanding situations, understand the challenges, and take the necessary risks to meet key milestones including making project-level decisions that will be instrumental in keeping pace and setting the stage for future actions and taking responsibility for projects as if they were their own business
- Understands that this job is not about knowing the answers, but finding them
What you'll need
- 5-7 years of diversified experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with Capital or Liquidity Management, Financial Statement Analysis, and / or Financial Modeling
- Experience in financial management roles, with a focus on capital management, P&A, and / or business level financial analysis
- Excellent project management and business partnering skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams that achieved long-term goals while managing short-term challenges
It'd be a plus if you had
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
- Ability to adeptly summarize detailed and complex financial information for senior management
- Willingness to learn innovative technologies and processes
