Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking engagement in various automation and innovation initiatives.
  • Process multiple reports within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
  • Management and drive innovation initiatives for Office of Innovation and take responsibility of the program.
  • Create and maintain standard documentation/templates of all processes/reports & incorporate changes whenever required.
  • Transform complex data sets into elegant end-user interface and reporting.
  • Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business requests related to business processes and automation.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure accurate data gathering, delivery of key information and execution of analysis.
  • Analyzing and reporting data and regularly report on progress towards key milestones and goals.
  • Manage team and program documentation via SharePoint/ PowerApps/ Power Automate.
  • Work as an SME to deliver agreed upon objectives and act as a coach to business leaders to develop their Lean capability. This may include delivering training programs to support Lean implementation and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop, implement and sustain Lean Transformation. Perform process discovery to identify key opportunities.
  • Support Lean Leader with planning and implementation to introduce Lean tools and techniques to assigned departments.
  • Review and update implementation plan to close any gaps. Liaison with senior leaders across business to identify, capture and appropriately escalate project risks and issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of related experience as project coordinator, data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills giving the ability to influence others at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills using data especially in a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Strong project management skills required. PMP Certification will be a plus.
  • Certification in lean/ Six Sigma will be a plus, must have exposure to process excellence and process discoveries.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with effective tracking and follow-up abilities.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills also well versed with MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
  • Experience in training/coaching with some experience implementing process improvement.
  • Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive change within a department.
