Key Responsibilities
- Report structuring, which includes data gathering, timely and accurate execution of reports, including ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage databases to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
- Automate processes for efficient data handling and streamline operations.
- Develop and create interactive dashboards to visualize and communicate key metrics.
- Perform data transformations to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to understand system limitations and optimize solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand data requirements and attributes.
- Provide robust solutions for data-related challenges, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Establish and implement strong checks and controls to maintain data quality and compliance
- Identify appropriate technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Document process, data definitions, data sources, and assist with testing.
- Maintain DIs and support back-up planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, B-Tech, MIS or related field.
- Proven experience in managing databases and implementing data solutions.
- Strong in automating processes and scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL).
- Strong expertise in creating dashboards using visualization tools Power BI.
- Expert in data transformation techniques and ETL processes using (Advance Excel, Power Query and MS Access)
- Effective communication skills to work closely with business partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on building and maintaining data quality checks.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex data structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of JIRA and Essbase tool is preferred
- Understanding of Financial terms is preferred
- Knowledge on Power Platform and SharePoint
