Job Description
The opportunity
This role is primarily accountable for processing and communications of moderate to complex client requests both financial and non-financial for one or more Investment product/s with multiple transaction categories.
Dedication to maintaining the outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards is required and will be used to measure success.

Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related course
Certification
LOMA certification is a plus
Working Experience
- At least 2-4 year/s relevant professional experience preferably in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar industry
Technical Functional Competencies
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Teams
