You will be responsible for working with the SPDR ETF Americas International Team to evaluate market opportunities and support the institutional external sales team.
You will be joining a highly dynamic team and will have the opportunity to directly impact our growing presence internationally in the Americas ex-US deepening client relationships in Latin America Region.
The role focuses on the distribution of SPDR ETFs to institutional investors including pension funds, asset managers, insurance and private wealth managers.
As Internal Sales Consultant in the Americas International Team, you will
- Partner with members of the SPDR Latin Americas Team to develop the channel strategy for the year
- Engage directly with clients to book meetings for external when trips are required.
- Develop and maintain contact database using Salesforce
- Attend client meetings and conferences as required
- Engage with our BI and Data team to assure the quality of our reporting in Broadridge and for our QRBs/Scorecards.
- Collaborate closely with the Institutional Client Group (ICG) regarding enterprise-wide relationships. Leverage the resources of the broader institutional ETF team as well in Boston and New York.
- Work closely with various SMEs to deliver our best thinking to clients including capital markets, fixed income, marketing, business intelligence, strategy & research, etc.
- Develop and maintain contact database using Salesforce
- Attend client meetings and conferences as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 Required
- 1-3 years of business development or sales experience
- Prior experience
- within Asset Management firm

- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
- Committed to team excellence
Additional requirements
Travel up to 15% may be required.
Fluency in Spanish language is required
