As a future Internal Communications Manager, you will report to COO AXA IM Select, and you will be part of AXA IM Select.
DISCOVER your opportunity
Responsible for driving all communications across the Business Unit. This will include managing our existing BAU channels, organizing employee engagement events, supporting on key projects throughout the year, and establishing communication practices within the business to enable our line management population to take further ownership of communications for the teams. Responsible for relaying the HR employee engagement and CSR initiatives.
Your role and responsibilities will include
- Work closely with the Business Unit CEO and senior leaders across the business to define and implement a global internal communications strategy.
- Manage existing channels and ensure continued evaluation of their effectiveness, making amends as necessary. This includes production, collection and review of all content for Global Town Halls, information/ news sharing for the Business Unit through the primary Communication channel, Workplace, and the continued promotion and development of Workplace as our go-to digital communications channel.
- Ensure effective delivery of BAU communications as well as the delivery of strategic projects throughout the year.
- Manage the content on our Intranet platform, liaising with content owners to ensure it is relevant, up to date and useful for our people.
- Organize business unit events such as townhall, offsite events or huddles when needed.
- Work with HR and AXA IM Internal Communications to relay people engagement initiatives and AXA-IM Strategy updates.
- Lead on People/ Culture activities for the Business Unit, and as a CSR representative inside the business unit, promote through appropriate communication channels HR initiatives designed to drive an active and positive social role as a corporation.

Your qualifications and experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and proofreading abilities, with English as a first language
- Financial services experience desired
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to balance working strategically with a holistic view of the business while implementing communications on an ongoing basis

- Self-starter who is willing to work both independently as well as part of a team
