Major Duties
- Responsible for supporting the
- operational/technical
- First point of contact for dealing with ad hoc queries from ITS clients and responds to inquiries in a timely fashion, liaising with internal teams (e.g. sales traders, technology, operations, data or compliance) as needed.
- Ensures that ITS services are delivered in line with SLA/SLD requirements.
- Maintenance of ITS Client information and understanding of client operating models.
- Responsible for project management of large-scale onboardings and coordination across teams incl all system connectivity, trading systems, custodian and broker setup as required.
- Expert at trade lifecycle, designing and suggesting operating models to ITS clients.
- Maintaining relationships with third party providers and oversight of client deliverables.
- Coordinate regular touchpoints with clients and support due diligence requests and oversight.
- Project management on strategic initiatives and ad hoc development items.
Knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
- Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Must have good project management and communication skills and have strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology.
Experience
- 2+ years in financial services
- A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience is required
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7TO (Top-Off) and Series 63 are required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
