As a future Institutional Sales Associate, you will report to our Sales Director, and you will be part of AXA IM Core Client Group.
DISCOVER your opportunity
You will drive the acquisition of new Institutional clients in the UK. Key responsibilities include proactive prospecting, market research and pitch preparation.
Your role and responsibilities will include
- Co-ordinate and implement sales activities for UK Institutional prospects and clients
- Support the development of new business for Institutional clients including DB, DC, Local Government, and Insurance
- Co-ordinate AXA IM's expertise offer to serve prospects at the best of their interests. Links with all investment teams within AXA IM worldwide
- Undertake market research of specific UK Institutional segments
- Co-ordinate pitch prep and key messages
- Focus on proactive prospecting for the UK Institutional business across segments
- Support the UK Institutional sales and client team to achieve agreed Sales targets
- Increase visibility of AXA IM for the UK market in collaboration with Marketing and PR
- Salesforce champion for the UK Institutional business to ensure all data is correct
- Actively support close co-operation with the internal Client Group organisation
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
- Ensure all client documentation is up to date and in line with Group and Regulatory standards
- Adhere to AXA IM's Risk and Control Policy and follow AXA IM's standard policies and procedures.

Your qualifications and experience
- Proven successful track record and work experience within a sales or client support function
- Salesforce or CRM tool
Your knowledge and skills
- Good technical and product knowledge with a preference for Core product (equity, fixed income & multi-asset)
- Awareness of UK Institutional Market
- Strong communication and language skills orally and in writing
- Excellent Presentation skills
- High self-motivation and resilience
- Strong client and market focus
- Team player
- Think Group-wide, Act client-oriented
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
