Job Description

Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly client performance reports using PARis system (a performance and attribution reporting system). Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting. Analyzes performance reports for accuracy and identifies discrepancies or reconciliation issues and works closely with the accounting team to find resolutions. Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Facilitates the timely completion of client deliverables, portfolio evaluation and reporting. Additional responsibilities may include pre-filling subscription documents for alternative investments, and from time-to-time marketing assistance in the Request for Proposals or contract process, or other work associated with servicing PFMAM's complex institutional client base. Client contact is also part of the Client Services Analyst's role in assisting in the completion of service- and consulting-related tasks. The position provides an opportunity to gain broad exposure to a wide range of investment services at PFMAM, and this role can provide an excellent career development path at PFMAM.
