Enterprise Security and Fraud
In this role, you will
- Develop, implement, and provide ongoing oversight of identity and access management controls. Collaborate with team and business leaders to identify, build, and assess control design techniques.
- Monitor, evaluate, and evidence controls, and recommend actions to increase internal control effectiveness. Prepare and present control dashboard assessment reports to management, highlighting findings, trends, and level of exposure.
- Analyze costs impacting control decisions and issues. Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions to limit risk exposure.
- Partner with management and governance teams to respond to audit findings. Monitors previous audits for corrective actions and time-frames. Provide oversight on the documentation and responses to audit findings, internal and external audit walkthroughs, and additional control responsibilities. Ensure completeness and accuracy of responses and evidencing.
- Initiate, manage, support and deliver all user and non-user certifications. Oversee initial data extract that enables certifications. Facilitate the process for third party and platform certifications.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. Support the implementation of changes to processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes
- Minimum three years related work experience. Risk or controls experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
