The GM team partners with various stakeholders across the firm and externally, including Business Partners, divisional COOs, CFOs, Controllers, Tax, Compensation Accounting, relocation, tax and immigration vendors

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will be based in Dallas and will work closely with GM teams and interface with stakeholders and internal clients. The role will focus primarily on immigration related issues as well as some aspects of US domestic relocation and international assignments. This includes responsibility for the counseling / co-ordination of senior relocating employees and advising managers and HR colleagues on complex mobility issues. The role will also support various activities such as strategic projects, vendor management, policy and process design, presentation preparation, data/cost analysis, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include

Serve as functional manager and escalation point for onsite immigration vendor team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 4+ years of US immigration / global mobility experience
