Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, internal business clients, data source providers and Technology to understand reporting requirements and capabilities
- Develop timely and accurate reports, dashboards and presentations related to human capital data such as, (but not limited to) Headcount, Turnover, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity, Learning and Talent Management
- Create and schedule standard and ad-hoc queries from multiple HR systems such as Workday,
- Adherence to all compliance regulations related to employee data
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy, standardization and automation
- Audit and validate data to ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases and systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR projects providing employee data support as required
- Create and maintain standard documentation of all processes and reports
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data mining and reporting, with proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in handling large volumes of data and building models in excel using formulas/macros
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and interpret client requirements and provide recommendations for product solutions
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality of work. A strong willingness to learn new ideas, concepts and skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of report building in Workday (or any top HRMS tool), Prism Analytics, and/or Cornerstone
- Knowledge of Excel VBA, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau or any other BI tool
- Experience with US payroll and benefit reporting
