What Youll Do
Were looking for a HR Data Analyst I to join our Human Resources Business Partner team. In this role, youll play a vital role in optimizing our HR processes and initiatives through data analysis and insights generation! Youll work closely with our HR team, applying analytical skills and expertise to interpret HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our workforce strategies.
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee records, performance evaluations, surveys, and HRIS systems. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations related to employee demographics, performance, retention, and other key HR metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize HR metrics and trends for internal partners, including HR leaders, department heads, and senior management. Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making processes. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques to communicate complex information effectively.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and functional teams to understand organizational goals and objectives. Provide analytical support to inform HR strategy development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. Find opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within HR operations, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor HR data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or HR analytics, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Proficiency in excel tools and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical partners.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
