THE ROLE
Partners with assigned client groups, acting as HRBP to Business unit leaders. Contributes to business outcomes by effectively implementing talent strategies. Supports Business unit leaders through HR programmes, including performance management, talent assessment and development. Supports alignment with HR COE teams and influences HR priorities based on business unit strategy and
objectives.

experience.
0-2 + years Human Resources
managers.
Operational experience in HR providing service to employees and
levels.
Ability to work with employees at all

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication
systems
Ability to work with data, through Microsoft & HR
