The Home Office Service (HOS) Team provides the opportunity to work hand in hand with the intermediary community and provide top level customer service. We are looking for an associate that has an innovative, collaborative and client-focused demeanor. The environment we work in is ever changing so we need an individual who can come in and meet those challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for all service and operations related inquiries for his/her assigned client base and other unassigned clients
  • Support internal and external client use of vendor products and services (NSCC, SS&C, etc.)
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and e-mail interactions for assigned and un-assigned home office client contacts
  • Serve as point of contact/liaison for
  • questions/clarification
  • Processing client transactions and maintenance received via phone and workflow queue
  • Work monitoring and oversight reports to ensure client's adherence to policy and procedure
  • Facilitate client trade reconciliations and provide timely and accurate transaction estimates to portfolio management
  • Execute timely and accurate transfer agency system setup and maintenance
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the industry, our products, and our client base
  • Turn feedback into solutions for more effective and efficient client interactions
  • Provide support to internal/external business partners, including daily support to the Advisor & Client Service Team as well as project support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Series 6 required within 3 months
  • Knowledge of the intermediary business and client types (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Transfer Agency systems, Salesforce and working ability in Microsoft tools (preferred)

Working Conditions

  • In office is required Thursdays and two other days of your choosing
  • Normal office environment
  • Scheduled breaks and lunches
  • Shift 730-430 Monday through Friday
  • Some overtime is required

Additional Requirements

Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency. Adherence to this schedule is essential to fulfilling the expectations of the role.
