Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Management Communication Business Execution Senior Manager to support the Change Management organization with strategic business operational communications.
This Home Lending Communications Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the communications, strategies, plans and programs for change management. This team is responsible to create, deliver and manage high-quality communications to promote the work and raise awareness to the entire Change Management portfolio. This team will work across Home Lending Change Management, ECM, SDLC and Technology Change Management to ensure alignment and awareness. The purpose of this position is to work closely with Home Lending employees at the product level, including accountability for designing and delivering written communications, planning events (Leadership Meetings, Town Halls, etc.), managing portfolio communications, and creating newsletters, maintaining Change Management websites, mailboxes and engaging with product leaders to assess and evaluate communication needs and services to support teams working across the end-to-end change management framework.
In this role, you will
- Create, maintain, implement and evaluate an effective and engaging communications and events strategy that raises the awareness of our work, ensures we are engaging with the right stakeholders, delivers our key messages and helps to progress our objectives.
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing an effective operational communication strategy and plan.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operational communication and messaging to assist the team to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to change management.
- Creates professional executive level presentation materials in PowerPoint and other media to support leadership messaging and the cascade across Home Lending.
- Present and explain complex technical topics, problems and find alternative solutions, when needed.
- Develop an integrated communications plan that is coordinated with each of the business operations that are part of change management.
- Regular assessment of existing web content and ensure material is updated and relevant to change management process and procedures, and incorporate user feedback, when necessary.
- Supervise communications employees, including review and sign off on all communications, scheduling and managing work assignments for the execution of the communication strategy to deliver on the day-to-day operations.
- Work with communications employees to develop targeted change communications using email, video, web, or other forms of delivery within the Home Lending delivery systems.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of business communication, implementation, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating communications and project plans for major change transformation.
- Experience with change related to Home Lending business systems, tools and processes.
- Experience managing the change management activities, milestones, risks, and issues related to training software delivery teams
- Experience leading large, content based strategic programs
- Experience leading large, cross-functional content initiatives from ideation through implementation
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience handling issues/risk management across multiple products
- Offer guidance for training teams on process, structure work, and supporting change within a regulated organization

- Pay for New York, NY $138,500 to $287,600
- Pay for Summit, NJ $ 138,500 to $287,600
- Pay for other listed locations $ 120,400 to $250,000
