Who we are looking for
Head of Enterprise Data Governance and Product Management is a role that reports to Head of Enteprise Data within Chief Data Office. The role is responsible for developing as well as implementing data governance framework through policies, standards, controls and tooling. Role oversees a global team that composed of data governance leads and product owners working on delivering enterprise goals envisioned by Chief Data Officer.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Head of Enterprise Data Governance & Product Management you will
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders, and other stakeholders to establish data governance best practices and ensure data governance initiatives are aligned with business goals
- Develop and implement a data governance framework, policies, and standards aligned to applicable regulatory obligations (e.g., BCBS 239) and other related policy and standards (e.g., Information Security, Data Privacy)
- Define data governance controls aligned to industry frameworks
- Lead data governance platform product management including demand management to prioritize new capabilities, release roadmap planning and data governance platform requirements management
- Partner with data governance platform technology team to plan solutions, monitor implementation progress and help resolve delivery impediments so business user can meet there Data Governance goals
- Define Data Governance controls and metrics to measure data management health and enable effective policy compliance oversight by business and IT leaders and business risk managers
- Evaluate data management regulatory requirements and remediation items to identify required changes to data governance policy, standards, controls and any related data governance platform capability updates needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 10+ years in Data Governance role
- Data Governance tools from Collibra, IBM, Informatica, etc.
