- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments DEI strategy and priorities, using DEI expertise, best practice research and insights from the analysis of data. Support business unit goal setting and progress reviews, owning the production of insight presentations and tracking of progress against goals - enabling progress against our DEI vision so every employee feels like they belong and can reach their full potential.
- Support requests for DEI information from institutional and intermediary clients (e.g. DEI annual surveys). Manage and update the DEI question and answer library, ensuring responses are up-to-date and effectively positioning our DEI activity with clients. Support process enhancements to ensure we are telling a consistent and effective DEI story across all of our external stakeholder groups.
- Enable delivery of DEI initiatives (e.g. self id campaign) to support progress against agreed priorities. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to help embed DEI considerations into people practices and processes, such as talent acquisition, talent management and learning - helping to recruit, retain, develop and advance employees from underrepresented backgrounds.
- Work with internal and external communications to support the development of agreed messages to share progress against our DEI strategy with employees and key stakeholders - driving awareness, understanding and engagement. This includes content on our internal intranet, external websites, marketing materials and employee updates. Co-ordinate inputs and manage requirements to meet key statutory and regulatory DEI reporting activities (e.g. UK Gender Pay Gap).
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, leaders and employee resource groups encouraging active participation in promoting DEI across the firm, in line with agreed priorities and governance frameworks.
