Who we are looking for
The Data, Markets, and Corporate Functions IT team is currently seeking a senior technology leader who will be responsible for driving, planning, and governance of prioritized technology deliverables across multiple applications, in support of new commercial/business growth. The role will align with multiple business groups within Global Credit Finance to have insight into growth plans and strategies, and partner with other leadership across the technology organization to deliver scalable and robust solutions within defined timeframes.
The successful candidate will have strong business and technology acumen, build partnerships, foster close collaboration and work hand in hand with the various vendors, business and technology teams. The candidate must possess an inherent understanding of technologies, relationships between technology, data, operations, and business areas to accomplish speed to market technology solutions for new business growth and maintaining of existing platforms.
As a Program Manager you will
- Align with business stakeholders to gain insight into growth plans and strategies, and partner with global leaders to understand the multidimensional impacts across technology, operational procedures, and the organization
- Define, govern, and continuously evolve the technology value proposition driven strategy and processes in support Global Credit Finance strategies and growth plans.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved for each initiative
- Establish a framework with clearly defined scope, timelines, and cost model for each initiative
- Work with Finance and Business COO for business case approvals and manage deliverables to the agreed upon goal
- Provide program level guidance and clarity to other technology leaders within the organization
- Provide leadership to all staff members and other application owners, subject matter experts, operations, and business stakeholders to implement solutions
- Provide visibility on the new business growth initiatives/mandates pipeline, and report statuses accordingly.

- Detailed industry knowledge of the corporate lending business and a minimum of 5 years expertise with the Loan IQ application

- Results oriented - capacity to prioritize, stay on top and quarterback a wide variety of business initiatives internally within the firm and externally with industry bodies, exchanges, clearing houses and regulators.
- Influencing skills - ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders inside and outside the business.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing technology solutions in Business, Finance or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of global team management expertise
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
- Solid presentation and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
