This is an exciting opportunity within the Futures COO team, who have operated in the global futures markets for more than 30 years. The team provides a full range of execution, clearing and financing solutions to corporate and institutional clients as well as providing continuous 24-hour coverage of all major markets globally, supporting and developing a broad range of business and financial management functions.

In this supportive growing business looking to share knowledge and provide both subject matter and career development as a Futures Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Americas Futures Business in key business areas and specializations, including but not limited to, revenue and expenses reporting, client level profitability analysis and regulatory capital calculation and optimization.
What role will you play?
You will provide insights into the inner workings of the expense and revenue components of the Futures business while utilizing technical skills to power next level reporting, monitoring and decision making. Being a dynamic thinker, bring your knowledge and experience to a wide range of areas, from cost management, regulatory engagement, and product development.
What you offer
- Futures and Options experience required.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data visualization skills and curiosity in solving complex data problems.
- Experience with process improvements and activities to identify, explore, and solve root cause processes preferred.
- Strong Risk Management skills and general understanding of Futures Commission Merchant regulatory obligations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
