Blackstone's Global Fund Finance is seeking an Associate to assist in the production of monthly Net Asset Values and reporting for Blackstone Multi Asset . Responsibilities include calculations of estimated NAVs, reconciliation of final NAVs, processing of investor payments, oversight of expense budgeting, hedging and cash reconciliations, certain client reporting functions, and fund structuring and restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Review monthly estimate and final fund NAV's
- Review and analyze NAV reconciliations with various third party administrators and custodians
- Review and reconcile the calculation of pay management and performance fees
- Review and reconcile client capital statements generated by third party administrators
- Review and reconcile fund foreign currency exposure
- Assist team members in responding to client requests
- Review and prepare customized client reporting
- Assist with monthly revenue reporting and review of projections
- Assist in the setup and launch of new products and Funds
- Assist with cash flow analysis reporting to support the investment process
- Assist with capital call and distribution calculations and review investor notices
- Collaborate with offshore resources with NAV production
- Collaborate with Operations teams including Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Legal and Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Utilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls
- Liaise with service providers to achieve superior service
- Work with reporting teams to properly present data in audited financial statements and regulatory filings
- Review legal documents for fund accounting process considerations
Qualifications
- BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of public or private accounting experience
- CPA, and/or CFA preferred
- Experience with PE, hedge fund and / or FoHF investing
- Strong understanding of accounting ledger data
- Accounting systems experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and effectively manage their own time
- A collaborative team player, always willing to assist colleagues

Expected annual base salary range
Additional compensation Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individuals experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
