  • Oversee the NAV finalization process for UCITS funds, registered investment companies, and separately managed accounts trading a credit strategy investigate and resolve discrepancies with third party fund administrators and internal teams
  • Prepare and reconcile the calculation and payment of management and performance fees
  • Oversee and perform daily review of shareholder capital activity to assist in internal reporting
  • Prepare and review expense allocations, operating expense budgets, vendor expense payments, and monitor budgeted versus actual expenses
  • Prepare and analyze portfolio and performance metrics such as total return, P&L, and other analyses for senior management
  • Review annual audited financial statements in line with U.K. or U.S. GAAP and coordinate with external auditors for the year-end audit process
  • Ensure information is properly presented in regulatory filings including Central Bank of Ireland filings for regulated UCITS funds, PRIIPs KIDs, AIFMD Article 22/23, Form ADV, and others
  • Assist in responding to client and internal requests including Blackstone corporate reporting deliverables
  • Liaise with various internal teams including Investor Relations, Operations, Management Reporting, and Legal and Compliance
  • Oversee offshore and onshore resources to ensure accurate and timely preparation of files and provide additional
  • training/professional
  • Review fund legal documents and continue to streamline or build processes and templates
  • Assist in the setup and launch of new products, managed accounts, and/or funds

Qualifications

  • BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+years of public accounting, fund, or administrator experience
  • CPA and/or CFA preferred
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and genuine passion for excellence
  • Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, and develop recommendations or make decisions
  • Independent worker / proactive self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced Excel skills required

Expected annual base salary range

Additional compensation Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individuals experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
