- This Finance Associate Manager Role includes - Team Management, Project Management, and Responsible for managing Risk & Controls, Transitions, Performance management of the team, keeping the morale high and keeping the team motivated. Responsible to sending the KPI, KRI and other various Management information.
- This role will also have some individual contributor responsivities. As an Individual contributor you will serve as finance lead for the LOB finance teams such as DPG, Branch Banking and SBF. The key priorities for this role will be to provide strategic solutions to stakeholders through strong business acumen displaying executive presence, provide meaningful insights to the management team on all aspects of financials, to facilitate better deep dives and effective management decisions. You will be responsible in ensuring that all of the Forecasting, Planning and management reporting activities to LOB Finance teams is undertaken in an effective manner. The incumbent should have strong communication, a good functional understanding and have the ability to provide effective presentation to the senior leaders.

- Supervise individual contributors in the evaluation of financial plans for the finance group.

- Essential Qualifications
- MBA (or) Cost & Management Accountant (or) Chartered Financial Analyst (or) Chartered Accountant more than 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidate should have strong FP&A expertise and has experience in working with senior leaders providing strategic solutions.
- Candidate must have hands on experience in LOB / segment / product reporting / management reporting / dashboard / presentations / Analytics / commentary.
- Candidate should have good hands on experience on handling end to end aspects of project financials / reporting / forecasting / analysis and plan support.
- Candidate should have good exposure to handling work flow applications, be good with BO and or BI Tools and or similar applications. Good expertise in Data Lineage, data flow / architecture and data quality.
- Candidate should have good financial modelling, template building, dashboard and presentation skills as this will really help in transforming the reports to the next level.
- Candidate should have essbase, Hyperion, Cognos and should be a subject matter expert in data retrievals from different cubes. (Must to have)
- Ability to work both independently and within team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform complex analyses, build financial models, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to business leaders.
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Business Intelligence tools and Power point.
