Key Responsibilities
- Own the primary relationship with identified advisors to drive net flows and client acquisition. Follow-up with additional advisors based on actions from Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP) meetings. Support advisors in enrolling with Coaching Programs and Forums. Responsible for maintaining relationships with new and tenured advisor staff members to enroll in training opportunities and provide firm resources to ensure they are well positioned for development and growth. Utilize one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many tactics. Capture their own activity in SalesForce. May support EAR relationship management as needed.
- Advisor and Staff Engagement
- Coordinate territory events (i. e., Town Halls, Workshops, Focus Groups, Forums, etc.) and on-going programs (i.e. advisor recognition). Negotiate venue contracts and reserve space, schedule speakers, manage vendors and participants, and coordinate event logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentations, and other materials required to support the event. Seek out various wholesaling organizations to organize speakers and obtain sponsorships. Also coordinate track and distribute advisor recognition.
- Event focus
- Lead the creation and distribution of the FFVP monthly newsletters for advisors, report generation for meeting prep leveraging tools and technology, triaging email correspondence and creating presentations and meeting preparation. Manage the coordination of various Advisor Engagement Programs for the territory using various systems and tools, including Salesforce, Excel, and CVENT.
- FVP/FRE Partnership
- Partner with and provide work direction Ameriprise India field coordinator colleague to execute tasks on behalf of FFVP. Provide cross-functional support to ensure optimum advisor experience as needed or other duties as assigned.
- Team Approach
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to process multiple task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficient with standard business hardware and software (including Microsoft Office products)
- Ability to grow positive relationships with advisors, staff, field leadership team and colleagues at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle/maintain private and confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Ability to travel 10-20%
