What Youll Do
, you'll lead a group of Salesforce engineers focused on enabling the foundational aspects of our Salesforce ecosystem. Our teams are at the heart of this evolving core enterprise platform.
As a leader on our Enterprise CRM Security & Identity team
As an engineering leader, you'll help define practices and provide coaching to engineering teams as they are focused on delivering value for the enterprise. You'll help contribute to the strategic direction of the capability team and work to enhance and mature our engineering culture.

Your day will be filled with
- Leading and coaching a diverse pool of engineering talent.
- Networking, communicating, and collaborating with both IT and non-IT partners.

- Promoting Cloud Engineering Salesforce, cloud integration patterns, cloud security, cloud operations, etc.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with
- Associates or bachelors degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Previous informal/formal leadership experienceis required.
- Strong leadership and presentation skills.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
Additionalnice to haves
- Salesforce experience
- Cybersecurity or identity management experience.
- Cloud experience/interest we use AWS.
- Understanding and familiarity with common software development patterns and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices (TDD, CI, CD, etc.)

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
