Business Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology User Access Management team. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven insights, identifying opportunities that have a lasting, positive impact on our customers, employees, and communities.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various areas to achieve organisation-wide transformation objectives. You will play a vital role in steering the organisation towards utilising SailPoint IdentityIQ for automating access management processes for joiners, movers, and leavers. Additionally, you will work towards provisioning access in the most efficient manner and implementing mechanisms to enforce access governance across the entire technology stack.
What you offer
- Overall experience of 4-6 years, including at least 1-2 years in data processing, transformation, and visualisation tools. Experience in Identity & Access Management will be an advantage.
- Ability to work individually as well as with different stakeholders across geographies, levels, and domains (Tech, Business) to drive outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with data processing and visualisation tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI. Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and the tools used for their application.
- Experience in understanding complex requirements and working with different teams to implement solutions.
- Good understanding of the Identity Governance lifecycle. Experience in automation and scripting, such as VBA and Macros, as well as tools such as SailPoint IIQ or other Identity tools, will be beneficial but not mandatory.
