Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field, plus seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate financial management or related analysis experience within the investment banking industry or M&A, including experience executing M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions performing financial research and analysis debt and equity offerings debt and equity transactions monitoring relevant transactions and market conditions creating client-specific financial models and building and maintaining client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience must include two (2) years of experience managing or supervising analyst/associate level staff in the investment banking industry.
*Specific skills Also requires experience or knowledge in the following 1) Experience with domestic and crossborder M&A and structuring transactions 2) Experience using Capital IQ, Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word 3) Experience creating client presentations, pitch presentations and marketing materials and 4) Knowledge of Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.
*Any level of experience or knowledge in the specific skills is acceptable.
Must have Series 63, 79 and 7 or 66 licenses.
The salary for this position in New York City is expected to be $275,000 per year. Base pay is based on market location & may vary based on experience, skills, education & other job-related reasons.
