Responsibilities
Based in Brentwood, the Executive Assistant will be part of the Power Opportunities group, and will provide administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and additional team members.
Responsibilities include
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events
- Organizing client/internal meetings, including conference room set-up
- Ordering catering and refreshments for weekly staff lunches and other meetings within the office
- Ordering office supplies (copy paper, pens/pencils, envelopes, desktop accessories)
- Scheduling travel arrangements (domestic and international) and managing expense reports
- Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls and
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple executives within a professional services firm
- Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks and
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Base Salary Range
$75,000 - $115,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
