Job Description
Highlights
- Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
- Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards for various controls supporting EF Servicing Loss Mitigation, including Repossession, SCRA protections, Litigation, Default Judgments, Settlements, Payment Plans.
- Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Provides information to assist in giving feedback to employees and in the training of employees.
- Provide support in the development of new controls, enhancements to existing controls including script writing and formation of QC spreadsheet templates.
- Successfully produce recurring Daily, Weekly, Monthly Controls and ensure any identified errors (human, process, or system created) are escalated and remediated in a timely manner.
- Align oneself in a manner consistent with U.S. Bank Equipment Finances core behaviors and Client Advocacy Principles.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
