Job Description
Manages the day-to-day problem- solving efforts on
strategy
Enterprise Strategy leads the creation of the U.S. Bank strategy and enterprise strategic planning across all business lines and corporate functions. We support business lines in strategy development. The Enterprise Strategy Analyst will
- Execute high level scoping and issue identification process
- Identify project
components
- Draft high level workplan
- Coordinate participation of all needed resources
- Manage project execution
- Guide team members on problem solving activities, ensuring quality of analyses and inference
- Manage client team involvement
- Ensure timely project deliverables
- Manage client communication
Assigned projects may be
enterprise-wide

focused with a specific line of business or function.
Will interface with or manage a team of stakeholders as part of project.
Basic Qualifications
- Masters degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify key issues, to gather and analyze data in a variety of forms to solve problems
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
