Working Model

We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.

Major Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day channel management including email creation, intranet news, mobile news and digital signage track metrics.
  • Assist Editor-in-Chief on content development and deployment across editorial channel including mobile news, weekly newsletter, intranet, Sharepoint landing pages, digital signage and social media.
  • Measure progress against goal visualizes data and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Update editorial calendar and solicit key dates from internal comms leads flag potential conflicts and make recommendations on deconflicting
  • Create multimedia visuals assets to support storytelling across all channels.
  • Serve as content strategist for social media, including post development and posting.
  • Employ enterprise narrative and brand standards across all channels.
  • Utilize data to inform decision-making and recommendations
  • Foster two-way communication through employee feedback loops including surveys, group mailboxes and article comments.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Background in communications, journalism or marketing roles
  • Experience in multimedia creation with a focus on PowerPoint design, imagery, video production, graphic design, and/or website design
  • Experience with digital marketing and/or social media communications
  • Ability to follow a stylebook (AP)
  • Ability to track key performance indicators and recognize longitudinal trends
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort researching and pitching articles
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and work independently
  • Passion for bringing the discipline of simplicity and continuous improvement to all aspects of work
  • Passion for DEI and CSR communications
  • Understanding of employee-facing campaigns
