About this role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst for the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) BEACH Testing & Production Support Team. This role will complete end user acceptance testing and production validation for supported application. The End User Acceptance Tester will be contributing to the application quality and will report to an EUAT Testing Manager. As a tester on the team, you will support product teams by analyzing stories, writing and executing test scripts, reporting defects, providing application demos, and participate in production validation activities.
In this role, you will
- Work as part of a scrum team
- Analyze user stories
- Write and execute manual end user test scripts utilizing ALM
- Perform Peer Reviews
- Provide EUAT activity updates to the test lead and scrum team
- Create defects in ALM and Jira
- Organize and provide application demos to fellow team members
- Participate in production validation
- Manager work progress and complete within deadlines
- Recommend updates to standard and procedures as appropriate
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met
Required Qualifications, US
- 2+ years of Systems Quality Assurance and systems or application testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Test Script Development
- Manual testing, end user acceptance testing experience
- Time management and high attention to detail
- Relationship building with scrum teams and product teams
- Experience working in Jira and Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Pega Platform

- Must be able to report to the physical location according to hybrid schedule
