What Youll Do

Are you passionate about learning and development?

As a Training Analyst you'll support the design and implementation of the Principal Asset Management training strategy, working in partnership with department management. You will assist with the training project plan, make recommendations and implement training solutions that create an engaging and effective learning environment.

What youll do

  • Develop, identify, and analyze the education, training, and learning needs of Principal Asset Management's US & Europe sales team to ensure customers expectations and internal service standards are met. Analyze current and future training tools and deliveries.
  • Implement a comprehensive plan of training, including curriculum for the Principal Asset Management US & Europe Distribution Team, to increase their knowledge and ability to provide service.
  • Provide consultation to sales teams and management regarding training and learning.
  • Research, recommend and implement resources, trends, and materials related to adult learning.
  • Consult with leadership and key stakeholders to source appropriate materials and maintain a digital resource library.
  • Partner with internal investment teams to deliver training related to firm products, strategy, and direction in order to efficiently support ongoing initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to a fun and creative team culture, embracing new ideas every day.

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent, experience
  • 4+ years of related training or instructional design experience
  • Experience with Seismic and Salesforce Platforms is preferred
  • Series 7, FLMI or CLU designations are preferred
  • Strong presentation skills are necessary

The successful candidate will be results driven and detail oriented with excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills.

This position will be based in either Des Moines Iowa, Charlotte North Carolina or Folsom California with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week onsite/in-office and 2 days per week remote).
