How youll spend your time...

  • Assimilate, lead, and drive the Distribution business change agenda including prioritisation, project design and execution, troubleshooting and delivering solutions to inflight challenges.
  • Be a partner to the leaders of the Distribution Services Group to troubleshoot and support in the delivery of solutions that may be required from time to time. Ensure operational landing of decisions into BAU.
  • Close collaboration and partnership with the Global Transformation & Change Team to ensure effective delivery of Distribution Change projects, adapting your involvement depending on the nature of the project and its particular needs.
  • Provide clear reporting, risk identification and escalation to Distribution Senior Management.
  • Improve the business ongoing processes and organising procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity during and post BMO integration.
  • Propose and support in the identification of business solutions, bringing ideas to the table and co-ordinating with vital team members to ensure alignment and ultimate delivery.
  • Provide effective ongoing progress (across the portfolio of work) reporting for use within Distribution and into the wider business.

  • Ability to quickly evaluate sophisticated issues and situations and enable solution design.
  • Effective planning and communication to clearly demonstrate a pathway to delivery.
  • Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure and prioritise important tasks over others.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management across the end-to-end of any organisation.
  • Good understanding of the Asset Management industry, and in particular the role and functions within Distribution.
  • Self-starter displaying professionalism, can-do attitude, and ability to prioritise time and maintain attention to detail.
