How youll spend your time...
Your role will be key in ensuring all stakeholders are aligned by supporting elements of execution within the Client Management function. Your role will include the following list of projects and initiatives however you will be expected to be flexible to accommodate additional needs as they emerge
- Remediation for AML / KYC and Distributor Due Diligence - Support the execution by Client Management of remediation activities relating to AML/KYC and Distributor Due Diligence, including client engagement where appropriate to obtain required documentation and internal engagement with teams such as Financial Crime for clarification/escalation
- Target model for AML / KYC and Distributor Due Diligence - Support the design and alignment of process and relevant data/document capturing requirements with deployment / hand-over into the business-as-usual environment. May require data analysis and actions co-ordination at all stages.
- Centralisation of Client Contractual Documentation - Support the collation of client contractual documents and migration into our strategic document imaging system. Co-ordinate and drive Client Management activities in this area, ensuring the ongoing integrity and quality of the new centralised solution are maintained throughout. Identify, review and seek agreement for removal of duplications.
- Consumer Duty - Support the ongoing design and alignment of processes and/or key performance indicators. Facilitate initial record capturing and actions with clear handover into BAU business process and governance.
- Re-homing & automation - Assume responsibility for the ongoing Client Management effort to automate and re-home certain activities, for example the Request for Agreement process, reporting activities and opportunities better to leverage Transfer Agency capabilities such as portals. General issue assessment, mapping and solutions alignment / documentation.
- Client Experience - Support process design / analysis relating to Client Experience and/or operational enhancements. Includes impact analysis and co-ordination for integration initiatives such as local branch and management company entity reviews.
- Product/Regulatory Change - Support the business impact/target model definition and client communication associated with ad-hoc regulatory and product development-led projects, including specific data and impact analysis.
- Client Communications - Support, lead and/or co-ordinate client and agent communications by Client Management where required as a result of corporate actions, risk events or ongoing remediation activities.
To be successful in this role you will have...
- Industry Knowledge - Proven experience working directly within an Investment Manager
- Client Management - Working knowledge of the end to end Client Management processes
- Business Analyst experience - Ability to assess. investigate and document business processes
- Change Management - Direct experience in change and transformation projects
- Interpersonal skills - Organised and have the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management
- MS Suite - Advanced Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
