Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for
- Expanding the sourcing capabilities and talent on the Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) team. This will be achieved by consistently driving improved execution and efficiency with new tools and resources direct call review systems, reward systems, and partnership communication tactics.
- Providing leadership to members of the Sourcing & Engagement team by driving and supporting their development and performance in role. The leader in this role will demonstrate, observe and confirm all aspects of the job to ensure effectiveness. Key activity metrics include 50+ calls per day, 5 sets per week, consistent pipeline calls with key partners, lead follow up, confirmations, and report out of results. Retain existing talent and hire new talent. Ensure each new team member has an effective on-boarding plan and individual development plan.
- Representing the S&E team to Field and corporate leadership in AAG, AFG, and AFIG and within the EAR team to DVP's, RD's, DD's and RC team. Effectively communicate team results, activity and focuses. Receive and act on feedback about the team.
- Demonstrating and maintaining a strong fundamental knowledge of competitive intelligence for the firm to include understanding how Ameriprise relates to our key competitors and how to source effectively in the marketplace. Leverage corporate and field resources to be a hub of information for the recruiting organization. Be prepared to share and present findings in AAG, AFG, AFIG forums.
- Acting as a member of EAR strategic leadership team, helping to drive initiatives forward in sourcing and EAR overall. Participating in conferences, trainings and SVP EAR strategic meetings. Participating in and leading various strategic projects for the organization and coordinating with others for completion.

- Previous Ameriprise Sales Experience
Required Qualifications
- Required knowledge and work experience recruiting in financial services industry.
- Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
