Job Description

Job Summary

The healthcare industry is undergoing consumer and technology-driven change. Concurrently the company is integrating Sun Life and DentaQuest dental businesses. With these shifts, we

remain

the oral

health for all and continuing to seek ways to support systemic health and medical/dental integration.

The Director will pursue new strategies to improve the health of our members and meet client obligations through increasingly digital methods of engagement. They will pursue more advanced means of

targeting/segmentation

.

This individual will

identify

and implement measurement strategies to

optimize

engagement and drive digital forms of outreach

and

deliver

scalable approaches to maximize the impact of the organization, while reducing costs and improving efficiencies.

This individual will have experience in member engagement, digital channels and driving largescale change. They will

be responsible for

implementing measurement approaches to ensure the team maximizes impact, while reducing the cost of engaging with members.

This individual will manage a large, geographically distributed team, compromised of quality outreach members, as well as a substantial budget.

The Director,

Digital Outreach Strategy

will report directly

into

the VP of Customer Experience who oversees CX, marketing and insights.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Implement digital means of member engagement to support access and the oral health of members, in line with client
  • obligations.
  • Deliver significant savings to the company by

  • from analogue (print/phone) to modern technology inclusive of email and SMS
  • delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Clinical Outreach team, Client Engagement, Customer Experience and Marketing to be a driver of change within the organization and transform how we deliver on this key element of our
  • mission.
  • Identify
  • and implement means to measure the impact of efforts to support continuous refinement and improvement in strategies and
  • tactics.
  • Serve as a change agent to drive novel approaches and solutions and shift behavior and thinking to modernize practices and
  • solutions.
  • Lead and develop

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (
  • e.g.
  • CX, product, digital, marketing, project management or consulting)
  • Strong strategic management, planning and project management
  • skillset.
  • Expertise
  • in measurement and reporting to deliver tracking and updates to
  • leadership.
  • Experience navigating large-scale transformation or change
  • management.
  • Customer experience
  • obsessed.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Analytical and critical thinker, who
  • leverages
  • data to inform decisions and
  • strategy.
  • Adept at working across functions and
  • levels.
  • Ability to navigate and drive positive change in complex, matrix

The pay range for this position is $149,400 - $224,100.
